I'm using Google CSE but it is including every page at my site in many search results. The most relevant are at the top, but the other pages are superfluous.

Basically it is indexing my site navigation I include in page headers. I've looked but cannot find where I can remove it.

Anyone familiar with this? Is there a setting for this, if so where exactly? Thanks.
