How can you "pretend" to search from other countries.

Is there anyway to "pretend" that you are in a different country so that you can see what search results look like for your site in other countries.
Eg I am in New Zealand and would love to see how my site comes up in Germany or France.

Even if you just go to google.de or google.ca (etc.) from your own everyday computer and browser, the results will be different. Each site sets its own cookies-- and apparently does its own user-data-crunching.
