It appears that Google’s coupon service Offers, is live, starting in in Portland, Oregon. You also have the ability to subscribe to deals in areas within New York City, Oakland and San Francisco.
On the landing page of the Offers site, you are greeted with this “Google Offers BETA is starting in Portland, Oregon. Get 50% off or more at places you’ll love.” You can then subscribe to the offers with your email.

Just Goo.
I'd like to browse offers without associating my Google account to the service. In fact since Adsense is attached to my Google account I don't want ANYTHING else hooked into my account, can't be done? Too bad, there really is no need to create a permanent history of what I buy from others, Google.
