...even though using a browser where it isn't installed

I use two browsers: IE and Mozilla. The Toolbar ist installed on the Mozilla but not on IE.

Now I realized that the Toolbar seems to be frequently sending data to Google even though Mozilla (with the Toolbar) is not used but only the IE.

Can anyone confirm that?

How did you detect that data is being sent. Please write in detail.
