Space.com and partners penalized?

their PR is 5--I know it was 9 at one point

if you look at Space.com and other imaginova sites they are all PR5. That is despite being linked from MsNBC, yahoo, USA Today, CNN etc etc etc in article after article and partner pages. At one point they were a Pr9 and as one might imagine science sites are very popular and linked by other science sites, blogs and people like us. Penalty?

thanks for reminding me of one of my best loved internet sites,

Been too pre occupied to visit for a while,

Perhaps Google PR adjustment is of no consequence to them, and in any case is a consequence of PR adjustments elsewhere

Still a faboulous site, Infact tis better than the last time I visited

That's the reason I found out, went there to read something. It's hard to imagine a blog older than 2-3 years that hasn't linked to them so far :)

They are all interlinked but that is common anmong such sites. MAYBE link selling?
