how is it that Google does not have the most current streets in my community, but microsfot mappoint has them down and plotted...

im trying to use Google Maps API on my site to show where some houses are located, and the streets arent even shown...

then i see on another competitor site that they are using Mappoint, and poof....theres the new streets...

whats the deal?
