how to change the URL on a toolbar button?

All I can get is the Amazon icon for Japan and I really used the Amazon button on the old computer. The US Amazon one doesn't upload anymore.

Is there a way I can change the address for the Amazon button on my tool bar? Right now it goes to the Japanese Amazon.

I know this sounds silly, but I have to look up books frequently so it need it.
