Anyone here with same issue?

I can't remember where I saw it. I think it was on the sitemap keyword analysis page. But google really stated the HTML equivalent of space (" ") as an important keyword!

Now, is this a sign for badly parsed webpages on googles site. Or is it me doing markup/layouting with   (Should I really revert to using images as placeholder..? Come on...)
