I am confusing about which type of results will be shown when you search with "Search USA" feature..?

Displayed results are from US sites only.

Or

It shows results from US country only.

Or

It shows results which are currently displayed on Goolge while searching from USA..? ( the results from datacenter which provide to Google USA)

Can any one help me out..?
