how to get in touch with Google about errors

I registered for a new API key for my site the other day. The key code appeared in a field in my account window and I copied it. I pasted it nto another field on a keyword tracking site and they reported the key was invalid. Tried it on a similar site with same result.

I went back to my Google account and copied it again. Still getting the invalid key error whenever I paste it into a tracking program. I compared the two keys using a small computer program and the copied and pasted versions were identical and contained no spaces or other extraneous characters.

I did get a message on one of the Google account pages that Google sent me an email with the API key but I never received it. I followed their instructions to get them to resend it. Still never received it. The email address I used to register is my main email address and gets mail regularly.

How does one get in touch with Google to let them know about this problem?

When did you register for the key? the terms and conditions have JUST changed and old keys are about to break (it sounds like they may have done!). In your client center login, under "My Account", you should have an API center link. Check that doesn't have any odd messages.

I registered for Adwords API for my Client Center in the other day, my application is still in pending.

Are Google API key & AdWords API token are the same? and,

Does anyone know How long normally it take to approve?
