Some management changes afoot at G+. After less than a year there is a new person in charge of the product.

David Besbris has left his role as the head of the company’s social and identity product. He has been replaced by Bradley Horowitz, a longtime VP of product for Google+.

This is interesting, and somewhat suggests that the earlier reports of Google+ being split up into separate areas.

Yes, very interesting.

I'm curious to know what affect, if any, this will have on Google My Business and G+ Local pages.

GMB just got a complete photo upgrade. And Places fairly recently merged with Google+. So I hope this does not change things too much again.

We're getting a bit dizzy over here in Google Local Land.
