If I search for "moto x 2nd gen" on google, I see a list of seller on the right of the results with a big box, which has a picture of moto x and title "Shop Now". It lists bestbuy, newegg, ebay etc and the product price for each of those resellers.

Are these results coming from Google Shopping or Google Adwords? I do see "sponsored" label near the product image, and that's why I ask this question. Also, can anyone please point out the process to get listed in these results? I don't know the right keywords to search and start reading about this.
