Customer status is inactive in google base dashboard

It appears as though Google Base is processing feeds, but your dashboard may say zero products processed/inserted:

Success
(Items will expire on Nov 9, 2008 4:21 am PST.)

Processed: 0
Inserted: 0

I am seeing this across multiple accounts. Anyone else?

Just fired off an email to support, will report any news here.

Interesting thing is, all of my products are still indexed.
