To cut a long story short I set up a froogle feed for a new site.

Unfortunately, I typed in www.google.com/base and registered a feed for FTP upload and everything worked fine. Except it decided I was from the US and my prices were in Dollars. Wrong.

I changed locations on several settings to the UK but it made no difference to the feed. So I decided to delete the account and resign up again using www.google.CO.UK/base instead. This worked perfect except for one thing:

All products in the feed were denied because I need to type my website address into a field, however whenever I do this it states that it is registered to another user! Which is me on an account I have deleted! The strangest thing is that it allowed me to use the same username and password for entry to my Google Account, but not the same username for FTP or same web address for Google Base.

Does this mean I have deleted my Google Account but not my US Google Base account? Will it get deleted automatically in time so I can use my URL on my account again? Or do I need to contact Google?
