I want all my tabs untouched until I reload them

I have Version 87.0.4280.66 (Official Build) (64-bit) on Linux Ubuntu 20.04.1
Since one week, I asume there was the update, Chrome has the annoying feature to reload tabs.

This is extremely annoying at the WhatsApp Web Tag.
Instead of immedeately seeing the WhatsApp page,
the page is reloaded and takes long time to show content.

Also very annoying at YouTube. I often watch half a video and watch later the rest.
Was before no problem. The tab with the video was at exactly the same second, I left.
But now the tab reloads and I have to figure out how much of the video I have already seen.

I asked already Google "for new google chrome version reloads pages",
but the shown solution does now work anymore:

STEP 1: Go to your Google Chrome browser, open a tab and in the address bar type chrome://flags.
STEP 2: Next use the find bar (command + f on Mac) or (ctrl + f on Windows) and type in “Only Auto-Reload Visible Tabs”
