Chrome 64 (Beta) will have a a stronger popup blocker to help prevent, for example, disguised links to third party websites from opening new tabs or new windows. These are the sort of links that are disguised as play buttons or other
site controls, or transparent overlays on websites that capture all clicks.

Additionally, Chrome 64 (beta) will support Resize Observer API giving web apps a finer control to observe changes to sizes of elements on a page.
