Hi+
I do not know if this should be a Google Chrome issue or a javascript issue, so I am posting here first & will then try the other forum...I made an animated script that runs smoothly in IE 8, but not in Chrome 18.0.1025.142. It is a small bedbug crawling in a clockwise loop on a random spot on the Home Page each time you access the page. www.sunatural.com is where you can find it. I've made the gif 8 color (grey scale) and changed the speeds from .1 to .05 for each frame, it is 14.7kb in size right now. I was running Chrome 17.0.963.83 & in my research found that the newest version of Chrome (supposedly) fixed animation issues - so I upgraded. But, I still get the same problems: jerky motion, the bedbug dissapears from sections of the loop, and sometimes goes backwards. If you let it run a few times it smooths out, but how many people are going to stay on the page long enough for that to happen? It needs to run smoothly the 1st time it shows up. It is supposed to crawl smoothly (clockwise) in a continuous loop (not a perfect circle). Also, it ran smoothly in FF until I upgraded that browser to its most recent version - so that is why I am not sure if it is a Chrome issue, but it showed up first in Chrome...I am using a PC & Windows XP SP3...
Thank you in advance for all of your assistance!
