AMP pages disappearing from index according to webmaster tools

Using the new google webmaster tools - is anyone else seeing their indexed AMP pages plummet? I have 1 error page but used to have 200 pages in AMP and now its down to 12..

Google Search Console tools are famous for bugs & glitches, especially concerning indexed pages. Give it a few days. Your pages will likely return to the tally.
Make sure your sitemap.xml is up to date, and resubmit if necessary. You can also use: Crawl > Fetch as Google and request reindexing.
