I had a campaign that was working perfectly and getting a good amount of traffic and clicks
But then it has to stop it for a Month, and now that I resumed it, It's not getting any traffic at all, not even a good amount of impressions.

Check the Change History, see if any changes were made.

How long has it been since you restarted?
If you are getting clicks, has the CPC changed at all?

I didn't do any changes between the time I stopped it and resumed it.
it's been about 3 days since I restarted it.
I also didn't do any changes to the CPC

This happened to me a few times when I was getting killed with zombies. Whenever zombies hit (they would kill off all converting traffic to both organic AND ad traffic) so I would pause my ads until the zombie traffic stopped (usually within 3 days). Well Google's algorithm did not like this so when I went to turn the ad traffic back on nothing would happen...zero traffic. Try running a company where all of your employees have nothing to do...we depended on that ad traffic. Fun times. You might want to call your ad rep at Google.

Run an Auction Insights report for the last few days, compare that to the same report run for the dates a month ago before it was shut off. This will let you see a lot of details about where you are now, and were, in these auctions.
