google adwords spam - crazy!

Dear AdWords-Team,

last weekend i was looking for some free software downloads, but what i saw was massive AdWords spam.

A company use AdWords to promote fraud downloads, they promote software for downloading, but this cost 190 euro for each download, but this software is normally for free, example: Google Earth, Messenger Services like MSN Messenger or Skype, OpenOffice and Adobe Flash. This is in germany a major problem for all customers and absolutely fraud and hurts the Google AdWords.

I think it´s really neccessary to do something against this frauds.

Actually you can see the spam with the keyword "Google Earth","Skype", "Adobe Flash" in german search results.

Certain OS software serps get results that have those kind of ads in Europe ..seen similar for Firefox too over the last couple of years ..other OS software triggers ads that "sell" whatever "it" is ..and serps have various sites "selling" the "it" too .

First time I've seen quite so many on one page though ..I usually look at French and English serps .. ( French do "this" to a lesser degree ) ..rare I look at German serps ( my German isn't really up to "in depth reading" if I click on serps ) ..although German prices for actual "selling goods" are usually substantially lower than here ( cameras and hardware , blank media , clothing etc ) so sometimes the effort is worth it ;-)
