How can they expect to help me if they forced me to block all the cookie/toolbar-spyware/LSO etc.. junk on all of my clients computers before I even start working on their sites? How can they expect me to participate when they have been trying to squeezzzz me/and my clients out of SERP for past several years every chance they get?

everything they do is a trojan horse, i could see them playing nice for a while then going back and putting the small agency out of biz, or putting the squeeze on them.

goog doesn't play very nice with webmasters now, even though they made us think they did in the beginning.

gota watch everything those guys do very closely, they've already shown us they have no issues about cutting throats at a moments notice.

I finally went through the "basic training". Very basic, but I instantly was sent 20 AdWords coupons. Also, it's interesting to see that there is section to receive vouchers to take the AdWords exams and become qualified for free... I wish they had done that months ago!
