Do you find the Google Tool Traffic Estimator to be accurate for traffic or ppc cost estimates?

Nope, it can be only used as a "very" rough guide and not much else. I would never quote any figures from it, ever.

It has never worked properly since 2002 IMO...

Any good tools for estimating PPC costs?
I am trying to value some keywords for direct navigation traffic.
