Can I update max cpc for keywords account wide based on match type?

Is there any way to update max cpc for keywords account wide or at least campaign wide based on match type through their web site or software?

yes, you can do this with adwords editor...

Can you explain how as I downloaded it but don't see where I can do it.

One way would be to select a particular match type under "Advanced Search", select all, and enter a new max CPC.
