Is there any other way to export or import google adwords campaign without google adword editor or without any other software?
kindly guide me.

From within your account - no. Not sure what is your reason for not using editor, but if it’s valid, you may be able get CSV export from AdWords specialist, if they are willing or permitted to do it. Your other bet is to search for something like “adwords campaign management tool” or “adwords bit management tool”. Those ones will cost you.
