So what is new? Google has always put up ads for it's own sites. Why not for it's jobs.

Also it is bad net etiquette to have such a hyped up and vague thread title and force everyone to click on the external link before they can understand what the thread is all about.

Has the policy on superlatives changed? I though the word "best" was not generally allowed.

I believe you can use a superlative if you have third party (independent) confirmation. At least *someplace* I've read about recently has declared Google to be the best place on earth to work. Can't remember where, but I know I saw it somewhere.

Its not just the superlative...i do agree on seeing an post that said google as one of the "best" place to work. Look at the Exclamation mark on the headline. If one tries to upload an ad like this, the system wont take it. again there is an exclamation on the desc line 1...hows that done...
