I can't remember the blog where I found this out, but if I do I'll come back and link to it.
There was a thread on SEW where an AdWords rep wrote that excluding domainsponsor.com at the campaign level will exclude the network of parked domains that include domainsponsor.com and searchportal.information.com.

sedoparking.com
to the some of the campaigns site exclusion list last Saturday and they all continue to get many impressions and clicks today. Anyone know how long site exclusions take to go into effect?

BTW, Yahoo Search Marketing promises the ability to exclude domains is coming in September. They will be stepping over Google in helping out advertisers.
