Is this display URL set up ok?

I am wondering if this is within the Adwords guidelines.

The ad has a display URL of website.com/de

The detination URL is an affiliate link that has a final destination of website.co.de

The company (website.com) forwards this link (website.com/de) to website.co.de when you type it into the browser window.

So, is this an inaccurate display URL violation or not?

I think..if you want to avoid any confusions to the users or Google or to you, the best thing is to have the display URL as same as destination URL.
Any way Google's requirement is that display URL should reflect the final destination to which users arrive.
