Today I'm getting all my adwords ads in certain campaign down due the use of a trademark.
They have the status:
Ad Status: Suspended - Pending Revision
Ad Issue(s): Trademark in Ad Content

My ad is not competing, but a portal about that product.

Now, when I go and search for "trademark" alone, nothing more than an ad for that company appears. But when I look for "cool+trademark" or "trademark+for+sale", or similar combinations a lot of advertisers appears using the trademark in the ad text!
I don't know if they have an special permission or what, but I don't think so, since I see some CPC arbitragers on the ads.

What explaination have this?

In your campaign settings, which countries is your ad set to show?

If it's worldwide, then you have to comply with every trademark issue in every country.

It can be much simpler to create ads & keywords per country so that a campaign only has to conform to a single set of trademark laws per campaign.
