AdSense Earnings and Observations - July 2026

Same here not just you. My Offerwall revenue is down ~60-70% since around May 24 , on flat traffic, with no changes to ad code, Auto Ads or metering on my end. Mine is European-market (EEA) AdSense.

Two things for the group:

1) Is anyone else pinning the start to ~May 24 and is it EEA-specific or global for you?

2) Has anyone found a working way to escalate an Offerwall issue to Google? For non-managed AdSense the only real channel I know is the AdSense Help Community. If you're with a GCPP or have an Ad Manager rep, have you raised it there?

Also, worth opening a dedicated thread just for the Offerwall drop so it's findable and we can pin down date/geo?

Offerwall never did good on my sites, vignette ads always have, so the choice is clear for me.

After trying 4 other top ad networks for the last 6 months, I am back with Adsense and have never been happier.

I tried monumetric, mediavine, ezoic (again) , and gourmet ads, and nothing came even close to mother google.

I know things are not the same, but it’s across the board, not just with Adsense.

I wanted to see what was out there and I wasn’t impressed.

While testing these networks, I continued building and working on seo before going back, and I am happy I did.

I think a lot of these other networks are probably seeing quite a lot of queries because site owners think AS is the problem and are casting their nets wider.

I wanted to try and find another network that offered rewarded videos ads, something like 'watch this video ad before accessing the page you just clicked on'

did anyone manage to find services like this?

With Mediavine and a few other networks, the highest paying format was the sticky video ad at the bottom.

Wonder if Adsense ever considered offering that to publishers…

Posted in may Observation.

Anyone see the huge drop in Offerwall revenue.

I can see that the traffic and visitor counts for both months are almost the same. However, the Offerwall revenue started to decline on May 24, 2026, and it has remained at this lower level since then. (unable to attach the screenshot, for instance, offerwall revenue was $50-60 per day (Prior and mid May), Now, it is $4-5 per day).

I have not made any changes to the ad code, Auto Ads settings, or any site-wide configurations or modifications. The Offerwall is still active and being displayed to each and every visitor, yet it continues to show significantly lower impressions. Therefore, I suspect there may be a system-related issue or glitch.

Update: Contacted the Google.

Their responses seem very similar to automated replies and are not helpful at all. They usually mention generic reasons such as decreased impressions, changes in advertiser bids, seasonality, and other common factors. It feels like a copy-and-paste response that is sent for every inquiry about declining earnings.

Noticed that since last Thursday, all clicks on ads have been removed (on Sunday alone my site had over 200 ad clicks), earnings and everything else remain, but all clicks gone.

Anyone else notice this in your adsense accounts?

Thanks

I think I know what happened, I accidentally removed a rule on cloudflare that was blocking bad AI bots and scrapers, and I am very sure that was the red flag for Google.

I've been adding more features to my websites and making them better than ever. In fact, I've even surpassed some of my longtime competitors.

The ironic part? As my page views continue to grow, my revenue keeps shrinking, especially during the summer slowdown.

More traffic. Less revenue.

Adsense tried to compensate by putting more intrusive ads on my sites, but I had to curtail that because the user experience was bad.

Sometimes it feels like I just can't win!

Yup, it’s an ongoing never ending battle.

This morning my AdSense reporting doesn’t look like it’s updating. Page views and earnings are both sitting well below where they’d normally be by this hour, and both are off by roughly the same proportion which makes me think it’s a reporting/data pipeline issue rather than an actual drop in traffic.
The account is almost entirely European traffic, spread across a number of sites, and every site in it shows the same pattern. Nothing changed on my end, and my own analytics aren’t showing anything unusual.
Anyone else seeing this today?

Yes, I've noticed the same. It now seems to be moving again but was completely stalled for a few hours.
