I do realize this is the most extremely late thread update, but there have been no new posts in the May 2026 thread since May 20th so I'm opening this in case anyone is still using AdSense and would like a place to post about their AdSense Earnings and Observations.

I'm here. Today, Tuesday, June 16, is my best revenue over the last three months, by 8 am ET. I'm somewhat shocked. Impression and Page RPMs 6-8X normal. Looking into what may have caused this. Something I said (because I certainly didn't do anything) or is Google getting religion?

Hey @fearlessrick! I'm still here plugging away... this year has been down on last year by around 25% each month and each months total earnings have been worse than the one before.

This month has seen an uptick - still down YOY but up month to date compared to last month so hoping things will stay this way and the improvements continue.

It's sad to see how quiet things have become on here. Sign of the times? Or people finding new communities?

@Maleda, mostly because Google cut small publishers to the bone. They're not nice, but, that's business.

I switched to a different ad network a few months ago, but not very happy there.

Not sure if anyone will share, but what is the average RPM these days?

Thanks in advance.

I thought AI would be the Destroyer of Worlds for me heading into 2026 but, so far, things have been going about as well as last year (which was surprisingly steady all things considered). RPM has been good for the strong sectors and average for the weak sectors, so pretty status quo for me and my network.

Don't really do too much work on the sites these days though as the threat of AI has taken a lot of the wind out of my sails - but maybe there's light at the end of the tunnel after all and AI isn't going to be the site-killer everyone thought it was going to be.

Tough to get new sites to return the investment but my solid core of original sites is still holding down the fort somehow.

Will watch and wait....

I tried a new ad network about 3 months back, was NOT a success, they struggled badly with filling inventory for non-US/Eur traffic and I left after a week with fill rate bad and heading south.
has anyone else had success trying alternatives?

I was thinking of looking for ADDITIONAL networks rather than ALTERNATIVE, but most networks tell you "we want whole site, otherwise we can't maximise revenue"

i tried raptive which is supposed to be one of the best, but the earnings were practically the same as adsense even after letting it run for a month. but you had to accept loads more ads on the screen - including a sticky footer and a sticky video in the corner - so in the end i changed back to adsense. the advertisers they had were a lot better quality than adsense, though, and the ads looked a lot better

I joined Journey by Mediavine, my CPM for the last 4 Months is around $0.70.

While my last 4 months with Adsense, my Impression RPM was an average of: $2.00

Now in order to get out of Journey, I would have to contact them and wait 30 days.

Still around 40% down YoY. A lot of that is due to RPM and not so much traffic. Last years was a good year though, so I'm maybe 25% an average year - which still isn't great.

Made the mistake of trying to "fix" some of my sites where the RPM had tanked. Apparently making big changes to ad slots is a bad idea, and takes weeks to settle... However, the RPM seems to be fluctuating a lot by itself, so impossible to know what to fix.

Impression RPM is around £1.20. Long term average up until end of last year was about £1.60. Weirdly it went over £2 for a while this March - and things seemed to be returning to normal...

Still here and using AdSense. What used to be a lucrative business is now making enough to pay for hosting and a little pocket change. June earnings have improved, but are still a drop in the bucket compared to the good old days of AdSense.

Still have a site or two with Adsense but most of my time is now spent on other projects. I'll keep the sites as long as they keep paying for hosting, domain renewal and a cup of coffee now and again.

One week is good, next week a huge drop. So, it’s getting up and down for a while now. This week was a good one.

Anyone see the huge drop in Offerwall revenue.

I can see that the traffic and visitor counts for both months are almost the same. However, the Offerwall revenue started to decline on May 24, 2026, and it has remained at this lower level since then. (unable to attach the screenshot, for instance, offerwall revenue was $50-60 per day (Prior and mid May), Now, it is $4-5 per day).

I have not made any changes to the ad code, Auto Ads settings, or any site-wide configurations or modifications. The Offerwall is still active and being displayed to each and every visitor, yet it continues to show significantly lower impressions. Therefore, I suspect there may be a system-related issue or glitch.
