What could be the reasons of seeing white space instead of ads?

Hi everyone. Recently I see a lot of white spaces instead of ads? What could be some of the main reasons?
Automotive news website, seems that there must be lots of ads.

Are you seeing any messages in the UI? Now and then there are shortages of ads related to random topics/products. If you see no error messages, it is likely a glitch.

Not seeing any errors. Doesn't seem a shortage because of the niche. Just white spaces. Could it be implementation error?

Has it been working OK and then stopped showing ads? An implementation error would have not likely been working and then stop.

Check your browser settings. Some are quietly rolling in third party blocking that MIGHT have an effect.

It is lowered fill rate, check it in reports. Possible you have too much ad units on site, and there is lowerdemand for showing ads. 2-3 ads (display) per page is max logical solution with adsense

UPDATE: I wrote to Adsense. They replied and said everything is OK. The RPM is low because of accidental clicks and made recommendations to make ads appear distinctly as ads to avoid accidental clicks.
