New month, new hope. Things will never be the way they were before, but lets hope for better then they have been lately.
Good luck everyone.

First 3 days into May my French site's RPM is $10.
It was $5 last week... So there is hope on RPM side.
But traffic is down -20%

RPM is going down every single day. A clear sign of lack of economic confidence by businesses.

My target traffic is from the US, specifically Florida. Since April, I’ve noticed that RPM has been all over the place — some days are great, others show major drops. This didn’t happen so often a few months ago, but now I’ve started to accept it as the new game, at least until the US economy stabilizes.

May is off to a good start for me after an OK April. May 1 was very strong, best day in 2 months. the 2nd-4th were reasonably good considering I took time off from slaving and promoting for the Kentucky Derby (had the winner and the exacta).
Overall, my figures are stable the past few months, nothing really changing much except the trend I was seeing with the second half of the month better than the first half did not occur in April. So far this month - I know it's too early - my lowest day has been better than the six lowest from April. Keeping fingers crossed (boy, it is hard to type like this ;-) that my efforts will pay off.
One thing I need to mention: I am completely nuts. A few years back I incorporated my business. My plan is to sellshares to the public - not on any stock market mind you - by about this time next year, maybe by the fall. The SEC made wholesale changes to Regulation A offerings the past six-seven years. A company can raise up to $20 million exempted from a lot of filings, regs, and paperwork. I'm only looking to raise a couple million, so it might be doable. I have plans, but, like I said, I am completely bonkers.
I've been running my own business in one form or another since 1982, so I want to fulfill my dream at some point before I die, an event that is pretty much assured for me within the next 15 years. While I think I might have time, the clock is ticking. YOLO.

RPM is very low this May. Impressions and views only down -5% yet RPM is down -46%. I agree with gatormark. It seems businesses are spending less on ads. I noticed similar low performance around first week of February. Hopefully it picks up soon.

Guys, is something wrong with AdSense? I'm 70% down since 1 April and no improvements. May is the same.

We are near rock bottom as traffic and money. Adsense payment is 50% less CPM than 2024 and in the second week of May is a disaster.
It's Trump, it's the economy? I don't know, but for my site the end seems again near.

I've been working on a new site and adding Google Ads as the site grows. It's probably not the best method for SEO, but I'm doing it anyway because that's how my previous website came to dominate the niche I'm working in, and I'm kind of at the point where I just want to say, "screw it" and do what I want to do regardless of what the Google gods say to do.
I think we're all seeing the effects of AI in some form on Adsense revenue. Why would someone go to a website when they can just go the great brain in the sky, ask a question, and receive an immediate answer? Of course, that great brain is scraping my website for the answers, but the universe belongs to Google and the other gods, so I'm just going to hang in there until they favor me again.
In the end, the question becomes how much people come to trust and rely on the robots, and how much can we as publishers leverage the existence of AI without being consumed by it or losing our souls to it.

Although there's no 100% certain way to confirm it, the numbers from the past 5 days show that CPC, RPM, and CTR have increased to the level they should normally be at and I’m convinced this is mostly thanks to the 2 combination changes:
- The visual update on the Consent - CTA text on the Offerwall.
I'll see how things go in future and if those are really the things making the difference.

@dolcevita,
Can you explain:
- The visual update on the Consent - CTA text on the Offerwall.
