The Impression RPM of the 'Display' (Manual) ads in my site is higher than the RPM of the 'In-page' (Auto Ads). The proportion is 3/2.

The impressions of the 'Display' ads are twice as many as the impressions of the 'In-page' ads.

I am considering to increase the number of 'Display' ads by increasing the number of "<ins class="adsbygoogle"..." and reducing the value of 'Ad load' within the AdSense settings (unchecking the option "Let Google optimize your existing ad units").

In my head I have the idea of increasing the income through manual ads. But I'm suspecting that I'm placing manually the ads in the best positions inside the webpages (higher RPM), and letting Google choose the worst positions (lower RPM).
