Does the message still appear in the Adsense account for you?
"Remember to publish your GDPR message using a Google-certified CMP to continue showing AdSense ads on your site in the EEA and the UK. If you don't publish it by 16 January 2024, we'll publish one for you."

It still appears for me. At one point in November, the message disappeared for about 10 days and then reappeared 3 days ago. Bug or...

Started showing on my dashboard about 3 days ago, I published mine and still shows on the dashboard, think it's normal.

This thing really frosts my poptarts. None of my sites get measurable traffic from anywhere but the US (and Canada for one site). They're targeted to specific states - the state name is in the domain, and there are events that are totally irrelevant to 99.99999% of users anywhere else in the world. Why should I even have to worry about this? Let me just click a box that says "don't show ads outside the US" and forget about it.

Although my primary traffic is the USA, a significant number of visits come from the UK, Germany and somewhat less from the rest of the EU, and EU traffic is solidly paid.
Therefore, it is very important that this is resolved in a satisfactory manner.

That the detection is full of bugs is evidenced by my example with the ads.txt file, where every couple of days I get a notification for two websites that it was not detected. When I manually verify ads.txt through the Adsense account, it turns out that it is there and that it is another very strange bug that recurs periodically.

Today I saw in my account a new message, saying that some of my websites do not follow the adsense rules, and it is about this message.

So I've set them back on, I was planning to delay until 16 January.

Probably the earnings will get affected as I've noticed initially when I've set them up a few months ago.

Same here. Just started getting the...

"One of more of your sites has been in violation of Adsense policies."

...for not having a Certified CMP. I thought the Google CMP prompt was enough though(?)

Been running it on those two sites for months now.

I'm going to keep them disabled until the first days of 2024. I guess it won't do any harm.

I got the same AdSense violation a few days ago. At this point it is really frustrating that I have had a GDPR message published and chosen Google as a CMP but for MONTHS I get various messages on my account. I assure you I have set it up correctly, stop accusing me of doing something wrong. Sheesh.
