What the deuce!

I only recently discovered the Multiplex ad, replacing the responsive horizontal in the footer with it. It's currently out performing all other ads by a long shot!

And now I'm reading that, as of July 10, it was retired cause nobody was using it?

You know it had to be canned since it was working for some! :)

Same here, I also started using them in the footer. They're still displaying on my site but there is no active URL showing when I hover over them like the regular display ads.

Guess I'll have to do some mass search & replacing after I did that just three or four months ago, grrr.

It is one of the features I always have turned off.

I changed from a Horizontal Responsive in my footer to a Multiplex on July 13.

Yesterday, that spot was 62.5% better than the best day with the Horizontal Responsive!

I don't see anything in Adsense about them retiring the Multiplex, so maybe that statement is only with Ad Manager. I certainly hope so, 62% is way too much of a gain to just forget about!

As they always say, follow the money. If it is paying off keep using it!
