If you normally see a good number of clicks and today you see none then there may be a delay in reporting. As long as ads are served and traffic is normal, it becomes wait and see. IF it is a delay in reporting others will likely be seeing the same situation.

This issue started this morning with my site. Ads are displaying normally. Traffic is normal. Everything was fine yesterday but 0 clicks being reported today.

No policy violations (never had one in 17 years). No messages or alerts from AdSense. Just 0 clicks with no explanation.

I just sent in a screenshot of my Earnings page using the Feedback feature. Hopefully I will hear back.

May be its a bug or filter:

[support.google.com...]

Sometimes the problem is solved after a few days, but there is no official explanation.

Over at the Google Community for Adsense there's a thread on the subject.
[support.google.com...]

For me, it's been happening since yesterday. Racking my brain to find a solution on my end but everything looks up to snuff as it always has.

As long as product is being displayed and no errors are indicated, the likely answer is that g is "glitch", "changing things", "unable to maintain real time (for whatever reason)", or redefining reporting. Could also be a datacenter quirk...

Most times this happens worry should only start if it lasts a full 7 days. Vast majority of times this has happened it is 72 hours or less, particularly if you have not changed OR ADDED anything new over the prior reporting periods.

This has been ongoing with my site for 3 days now. AdSense is reporting 0 clicks and earnings yet ads are displaying normally.

This is not a normal delay in reporting. I've been with AdSense for many years and this is something new.

Many publishers are now reporting this issue on the AdSense Help Forum. All report no changes to websites or ad code.

Now onto my third day with this problem.

Now noticed that which I've seen another mention: Monthly Earnings have dropped.

What gives!?

The only thing different I've done lately is switch a specific theme (not the first time) and try out some of Google's other offerings such as the banner ads, ad blocking recovery and other items.

@cyberfyber I have also seen my April earnings from previous days drop.

The 0 click issue began (for me) on April 21. The next day my AdSense stats updated to show 0 clicks on several previous days that had initially reported normal earnings.

This morning another previous day's earnings dropped to 0. So in total, AdSense is now reporting 0 clicks for the past 7 days.

It seems to have stabilized at this point with no further earnings drops, but maybe that will change.

No policy violations. No messages or alerts. No explanation whatsoever.

@Cralamarre, Yeah, for me and others (it appears) we're experiencing Zero earnings since April 17.

I suppose that 7 days for you equates to the same thing?

At least we've got company, you know? Comforting for me to see that it's not a problem directly isolated to me alone.

@cyberfyber Yes my earnings from April 17 to today are all zero.

This has to be a glitch given that so many of us are experiencing the exact same problem starting on the same day.

At least my earnings are not continuing to drop. It seems to have gone back only as far as April 17th, although some people are seeing it from April 13th.

Same here. And the "zero starting date" has remained at April 17 for me.

Same. No further deductions before April 17. But no earnings since then while ads continue to display.

Published a new article today to see if new content would be affected by this issue. Yes it is. No earnings. Good quality ads, but no revenue.

Same here. Do you think that Google will gonna count clicks for all these uncounted days when they fixed the issue?

A few publishers have said their earnings were restored. Most say they were not.

My issue seems to be resolving itself as of this morning. AdSense is showing clicks and earnings for today.

But so far none of my missing earnings from the past 8 days have been restored.

Same here. Began last night with me. I'm on the East Coast of the US in case that's relevant.

Some clicks last night and some this morning. But past earnings which've disappeared are still missing.

Yes, my clicks began late last night. Not many but a few. I expected them to have disappeared this morning but things seem to be back to normal today.

Fingers crossed that previous earnings will return, and that this issue will not.

Welllll, just a quick update.

Still getting clicks and making money. BUT, STILL haven't gotten back the money that disappeared for all those other days.

My earnings from April 17-24 are also still missing, and still no explanation.

Plus my earnings yesterday were down from what I would typically earn, but it happens. Anything is better than nothing.

Been a while since I looked through the TOS on this subject ... but pretty sure the "contract" only applies to "us" not "g". :)

ON THE OTHER HAND...

Reporting glitches happen time and time again. G is a vast data-space and even all their hot iron can't get it done in real time. When the work is delivering CONTENT to serps (and failing that makes the company look bad) you can bet that dropping resources to "real time sorta essential" will be regulated to keep the main product moving.

If one wears a tin foil hat these "minor glitches" shave points off the report and keeps more of the cash on g's side of the ledger. That said, in this "you play for free and we do all the accounting also for free" landscape is one willing to hire a high-priced legal eagle to make these terrible so-and-so's fill in the blanks on this free service you are not contractually obligated to use to make money with no promises?

I AM NOT DEFENDING G! I'm just pointing out some of the absurdities involved. By the same token obvious promises (ephemeral) have been made and folks have invested time and expense in that regard and SOMETHING should work...

Only it won't, can't, and shouldn't, for all the things listed above.

TANSTAAFL.

Look it up.

@tangor Notice below my name over on the left, it says "Senior Member"? Like you, I've been doing this for a long time. I know how things work.

I have been an AdSense publisher for more than 15 years. I know how AdSense works. I understand the TOS. I'm well aware that no one is under any obligation to use it.

This was a sudden and unexplained issue resulting in lost earnings over a period of many days. It was not a reporting issue or a "minor glitch". In an attempt to find a cause or solution, it was being discussed here.

No one was complaining. No one was claiming entitlement to their money. No one was wearing "tinfoil hats". It was a discussion about an issue that continues to be unresolved as my earnings for the affected days remain lost without explanation.

I'm just wondering whether the reporting process is guaranteed. Wondering if incomes are guaranteed. Wondering if past actions predict future actions. Wondering if the rules might change without notice can there be any "solution" out there? That is being discussed here as well.

So anyone know the contact page for Google in this regard?
I used to be able to find it long long ago but hadn't had luck this time around.
Gave up trying after this began, also presuming it'd be fixed. Alas, that week's worth of money is still not there.

No idea how to contact Google anymore. In the past I had an AdSense rep, but now I just go round and round in the AdSense Help section like everyone else.

My confirmed April earnings are still missing the 8 days of reporting. I had hoped they would reappear this morning in the finalized earnings, but no.

There is no mention of it in the detailed Payments summary. It shows my usual invalid traffic deduction of less than 1%, but nothing about the missing days.

And there are no issues or violations in the Policy section. It's as if AdSense simply stopped working for 8 days.

This issue is no longer trending on the AdSense Help Forum, so I'm guessing it's been quietly resolved.
