Meanwhile, check your niche/market/audience and see if you are appealing and getting the traffic deserved for being top of class.

My website is an online download tool website, not a blog. So it's not about niche keywords or unique articles.

Dimitri - I know it's very low than it should be because 20% of my traffic are from US and Europe countries and my CPC is $0.02! This is only the price of low-budget ads.

tangor - As I said, it's an online tool. I have 20K+ users (85% organic) and 70K+ page views per day. The traffic is good but my CPC is too low.

A tool site will probably have MANY MANY MANY repeat users (particularly image/video). These folks will have seen, repeatedly, the ads offered. They are there for a specific purpose and tool use will be more important than shopping ads.

As for the payout so far, I can't know the reason without knowing the quality of the ads inserted. I suspect these are not high value.
