Help With ads.txt for a Turbify Store

Is it just me

Hello. I am new to the forum. Is there a separate thread for yahoo(formerly Verizon and now Turbify Stores)? They don’t give access to the backend of your website and when you ask for help with where exactly to place the Google generated ads.txt file (for me the Adsense publisher code is already in there), they put you on hold for hours on end total per call.

I am flabbergasted as I inform Support that I am not the only yahoo store owner so they should have a knowledge base on how it is actually done. I haven’t been able to show ads on my website for several years! They say they will escalate it to the “backend team” and call me back but every time they say that, they wait a couple of days, then send me an email stating that my ticket has been CLOSED!

I have outstayed my welcome it appears, and it’s time to move on elsewhere. The problem is, I am afraid of being just another Wordpress site with no support system, and that’s why I keep hanging in. Please HELP me!

Hello Is_it_just_me, and welcome to WebmasterWorld [webmasterworld.com]

Is your store on your own domain using the Turbify software or is it hosted on their site? Sorry, I am not familiar with the Turbify setup, though many others here may be better able to assist.

I ask because if it is your domain, then you should be able to just upload the .txt file to your root directory. It sounds like it is their domain and your store occupies a directory/folder on their domain? Please clarify, that detail would help in finding the solution.
