I have enabled GDPR Google's Consent message to show on my site, but I need a help. I have a StatCounter cookie on my site, and I need to know how to enable users to enable/disable that cookie via Consent message. Is that possible?

If you are okay with the user to disable the StatCounter cookie, you might as well delete StatCounter and avoid the whole thing.
Other wise: "This site uses cookies. Agree or Go Away."
Why? If folks DO disable that cookie your reports become rubbish and will not be of any use, so why bother.

There is an option on the first screen to Consent or Manage options, 94% users allow cookies, so I don't have a problem with that. Anyway, it's my legal obligation to GDPR. So, question is not why, but how?

Check in your user account under "Funding Choices", I believe that is where others took care of it.
