Hi so I just setup my new Wordpress website (fully responsive) and I am using adsense after a year or so.

I have a question, for example is there now just a common Adsense code which is responsive, and works with all viewport sizes automatically, or I still have specific viewport size Adsense code (eg 728x90)?

So my main question is, if I need an Adsense ad right on the top of the homepage, and on desktop it'll be 728x90px and in mobile, say viewport of 374px x 800px will it automatically change size to match the mobile's viewport size?

Which Adsense code I should use for the above purpose alone? I'll first test one adsense ad block/placement, and then after a few days/weeks, I'll add adsense in most other places possible.

Some help from experienced Adsense users would be greatly appreciated. Thanks much!

AdSense ad units are resposive, as was explained here [webmasterworld.com].

More information on how to select Responsive behavior when creating an ad unit here [support.google.com].

Google explains how responsive ad units work [support.google.com].

And Google provides a tutorial on how to modify AdSense code [support.google.com] if you want more specific control on the sizing.

Good luck!
