I have been working with adsense for past 17 years now. In recent time earning has gone way too low that I am not able to recover cost of running the website. I have pretty decent/high CTR and over 60 active view ratio. I have never suffered clawback as some people say. $1 to $3 sometimes in months.

About my site:
According to search Console
Page Experience: 100%
NO Core Vitals Issues
Ad Experience:
Passing Since 11/22/18
Abusive Experience
Passing Since 11/22/18

I have tried checking SIVT/GIVT Traffic. Adloox ad Verification Company which says only 2.3% traffic is IVT traffic after 2 month of testing. I am using various bot mitigation technique. I have also tried recaptcha implementation on whole site (which I am currently using).

My site is GDPR/CCPA ready. All ads load with “ads?gdpr=0&us_privacy=1” in non EU and California and with proper cookie consent from EU countries (using quantcast consent management). We also do not load cookie without consent. Its been more than 1 year since We have implemented this.

We also lazy load ads to improve user experience. Site is extremely fast using CDN as well. Average user stay on site is around 1 minute 29 second. With almost 19% bounce rate. Use click fraud protection as well.

In past I have tried header bidding (server side/client side both). They are not giving adsense kind of money even on A/B testing 50/50 split.

Please tell me which AREA should I focus on?

I have read that using the AdSense cookie consent helps fix such problems, according to other users here. That and changing third party cookies settings. There are so many similar threads.

Are you suggesting to use Adsense own funding choice(inbuild tcf implementation) rather than Quantcast?

What changes in third party cookie settings (do you mean disabling first party cookie?)

Not every drop is caused for the same reason, a search could help. Here are a few that can help you identify problems and fixes:

not2easy,

I have ready those discussions thoroughly, disabled quantcast and enabled funding choice (adsense default). After almost two weeks no change in revenue at all. I have checked with various ways that my GDPR settings are correct, they are. I do not have EU traffic, doing it just for compliance and more Ad Competition.
