My adsense earnings dropped by 70% in the last 20 days. Earlier I was getting $15 daily revenue but suddenly it dropped to $3. But the traffic is same there is no change in the traffic.
More likely due to cookie compliance implementation or settings. There have been dozens of others noticing the same thing. This discusson is from a few weeks ago and has helped others find things to check: [webmasterworld.com...]
I have already read this thread But I think this problem is not because of GDPR. By March 29, the earnings were more than 20$ and from March 30, the earnings came to $3.
I think something happens on 29th March. What do you think? Is there any update or something that I am doing wrong?

I think if something happened on March 29 to affect AdSense earnings that more than one or two people might have noticed it.
How did you implement cookie consent?

I have done nothing related to cookie consent. I am not aware of it very much. Does implementing cookie consent resolve this issue?

If you don't mind then please share the link if you are aware of any thread that clearly explains how to implement it.

The link posted above goes to a thread that has answers and links to other threads with more answers. There is no thread that can answer for all accounts everywhere. You would need to read and determine which situation fits your location and requirements. There are answers for people all over the world but not the same answer for all situations and locations. You'll need to find the one that fits for you.

I am done with cookie consent with the GDPR cookie consent plugin. I have also noticed that most of the traffic that I am getting is from California. So, now is there anything that I have to do?
I have just installed the plugin and done the basic settings. Will this work?
Sorry, for some silly questions. I am new in this industry, I don't know much about everything.

The place to find information specific to your usage is at AdSense.
California has some specific requirements, yes. If I recall, it is related to disabling personalized ads.
I am hesitant to tell you to turn off third party cookies in your AdSense account, but AdSense can tell you whether that is what you should do. Try looking through the information available to you in your AdSense account. I believe the consent banner is available from your AdSense account, but I cannot know that is the case.
I have read in a few of the threads discussing the issue that a plugin is not ideal so I would look at any recommendations about plugins carefully.
There are no silly questions, but other people generally cannot accurately decide which settings and options would be best for your situation. That is up to you.

I believe your adsense dashboard has two setting in which you can let Google handle the displaying of notices. One for GDPR and one for California.
I imagine they will geo-target the notices. Unless you sell product or take payments, which I assume you don't if you're using adsense, maybe try letting them handle it for you until you've come up with a solid plan. At least that way you'll please Adsense.

The problem I see with the Google cookie consent is that it really doesn't prevent ads from showing if the visitor doesn't accept it and there's no good documentation on how to do it.
Solved this by simply not showing ads in some countries - don't have enough visitors from some of these regions to justify anyway.
