Since few days (about a week), my CTR is dropped. Previously it was 2% - 3%. but now it is about 1%. this happened suddenly. can't be ad blind issue since this happened within 1 day. sometimes CTR dropped below 1%. I have checked my ads and did not get any penalty like double click. I impression is also normal. But CTR is dropping continuously.
these are the major changes I did to my website in past month.
*Migrate from namecheap to A2 hosting (1 & half month ago)
*Enable cloudflare APO (2 weeks ago)

I was using cloud flare since starting of my website. but I enabled APO 2 week ago. Now I turned off APO & Paused the cloud flare also. But still i am not getting a CTR like before.
please give me suggestions, did anyone has experienced an issue like mine ? please answer if you know anything related to this issue.

Hello KRazor94 and welcome to WebmasterWorld [webmasterworld.com]

Because the thread where your question was posted is a regular, monthly thread about observations on AdSense earnings and issues, it seemed that your question could get more personal assistance in its own thread - so it was moved here.

You mention a drop in CTR, others have noticed loss of Impressions. A recent discussion with solutions is found here: [webmasterworld.com...]

2-3% is pretty high. One factor could be Cloudflare blocking bots that were registering clicks. That is a big change though, enough that I would have expected that high a proportion of click (50-66%) coming from bots to be pretty noticeable, but it still could be a factor. You could test by setting cloudflare to passthrough DNS for a day and see what happens to the CTR. It would at least rule that possible cause out.

My CTR is 0% now. 2%-3% is pretty normal for me. even with the cloudflare, CTR is 2%. Suddenly CRT become 0%. also past week click has been reset to zero. this is strange. I have never experience this kind of issue. nearly 200USD is deducted because of this. Ads are still showing. No warnings. No invalid click notifications. But CRT is dropped to 0% and past week click has been reset to zero.

Is possible that it has nothing to do with Cloudflare and is the result of something else, possibly cookie consent implementation?
See this thread:
[webmasterworld.com...]

Check also that Cloudflare is not causing issue with your cookie consent implementation.

In that case, use Sucuri and check?

@Mayank
I wouldn't entrust my website's security to goDaddy (Securi is owned by goDaddy) even if it was free, which it is not.

@KRazor
There could be an issue with APO and one of your plugins. See:
[developers.cloudflare.com...]

I would open a support ticket with Cloudflare if possible, or post in their community forum.

@NickMNS I've been using Sucuri for years now and they're nice, unlike GoDaddy.
