2 questions:
1. Vignette ads popups when you click the download file link. Is it ok for Vignette ads to appear when you click on the button to download file? See image: [c2n.me ].
I mean is that considered real interstitial ads and not violating any rules?

2. Vignette ads is impossible to close. The second thing about vignette ads while dowloading the file is that they stuck and the only way to exit the vignette is to click "open" button. Which looks like we force a client to click, because there is no other way to close vignette. See the video: [c2n.me ]
The problem is that the close button usually leads to some internal pages, but in this case it leads to a file download link. So when you click close the file download starts over and over again. How to fix this?
