Found one of my sites has defaulted to auto ads. i was working on a page that links to manuals for things. Click on one of the links and you get a pop up saying download PDF manual. Now that's really deceptive!

Turned it off clicking on auto ads and turning off the thing with interstitial ads..

Worth checking if you are currently abusing your visitors in the same manner by accident.
