I got an email from Adsense for my Adsense account. has anyone else got this email?

Subject: -- Important changes to your billing and invoice

Hello!
Effective 1 October 2020, we will change how we invoice our customers in India. Notable changes you can expect to see with regard to your billing and invoicing from the end of October include:
•The first page of the invoice will prominently display a QR code and an Invoice Reference Number (IRN) if you have provided a valid GSTIN.
•When requesting a credit memo (such as good-faith credits), you must identify an outstanding invoice to which you would like to apply the memo.
•In case you observe any discrepancy with respect to the tax invoice issued by Google, before you reject such invoice on the GST portal, please contact Google to amend such discrepancy and reissue your tax invoice.

etc etc -- did anyone get this? and ow does it affect our AdSense account?
