I have used both AdSense and AdWords (Google Ads) for around 15 years.

Today, a couple of my AdWords campaigns suddenly stopped running with the reason/status "Destination not working".
This is not "true" as the site receives millions of page views per day, and there have been absolutely no outages. I have had this problem many times before, with all from a few months to a year or two in between. When I try to do an "automatic" appeal, this does not solve the problem. Never. I then have to contact Support. They investigate and find nothing wrong. Every time. Then they escalate the cases for manual approval of the ads and the problem is solved.

But today, I was informed that they could do nothing: Because of the Covid situation they could no longer escalate cases like these for manual approval.

I understand if some people argue that this post should be in the AdWords forum, but I decided to post it here as an input to one small (but perhaps not insignificant) reason why you see AdSense earnings decline: AdWords / Google Ads is poorly managed. I literally have advertising money ready to spend, which they currently do not accept. I will of course have to look for alternative places to advertise :/
