is there is some solution?

The only way to solve it is to only have one adsense account.

Is this a case of you had an account and can't remember the details?

Is it anew account and g says YOU personally have an account?

If the latter your identity has been hacked ... and that's something lawyers and law enforcement need to address.

Not unless you come clean with the one absolutely essential piece of information that your post does not disclose: Do you, in fact, already have an Adsense account?
