Did you manage to install a cookie message that met all the criteria that is needed to continue displaying personal ads?

We installed quantcast consent manager that only has the agree button so if users want to use us they must agree to accept the cookies it was a really simple install and we've not had any impact on earnings at all but other webmaster I know who did not install a manager did see an earnings drop so its worth doing it if you have a lot of EU traffic.
When did users who didn’t install this start seeing a decrease in earnings?

yes, it seems odd to me that sites that didn't install a cookie message decreased earnings... are you sure about that?
we did install one - and it has made no difference to us, i think they are so common now that it doesn't put users off.

Well maybe not all, but in our case we run a pretty large site that users header-bidding in our stack there is a growing list of providers who will not bid or will default to serving cookie/tracker free ads.if they do not detect the consent manager. It depends on the partners you have one of ours 'exponential' just told us to add a line to your privacy policy and that was good enough for them but others do not.
So it will depend on site size, how your stack works, and % of EU users but for us enough partners force it and if you don't want to do it just expect less bids.

I’m struggling to get the quantcast choice to work with Adsense - like how it tells Adsense to show ads with cookies.
I’ve noticed my earnings going down this year - and wondered if the non-related ads was the reason.
I’m hoping to install the quantcast pop up and see if it helps.
