Before thinking of income, you should think about getting approved for an Adsense account, as well as building traffic, then eventually expect a RPM < $2, no hard feeling, but it will take a while before it becomes a "business", this is no longer the early 2000's.

So what should I tell about in business plan

Tell to whom? Do you need to convince investors? Is it to subscribe to a loan? Are you running a fundraising? Or is it school homework?

Rather than internals of Adsense, I need to create business plan based on blogging which generates income by Adsense ads.

Yes this needs to be an official "business plan" that I will present to a legal institution. Some kind of bootstrapping fundraising. I want o establish an LLC company and need to create business plan for this company which will get the revenue from that blogging website.

I know making revenue is harder nowadays for Adsense but lets assume we will have a successful blogging website with Adsense ads. How should I craft the business plan? Financial plan figures can be made up as of now. But rather than financial figures, I am having difficulty to create other important aspects of a real business plan.

Business Plan and AdSense == Oxymoron.
$2 RPM is used as a heuristic for what AdSense pays out, it is the said to be the "average". But there is no real way to measure the average and RPM even for single publisher can vary wildly, let alone across publisher and niches. But for the sake of argument let's take 2$. Now Math:

to generate monthly revenue of $1000.00 / $2 = 500 thousand impressions.

Assume 3 ads per page page view:
500,000 / 3 = 167,000 page view per month

Assume 3 page views per session:
167,000 / 3 = 55,667 session per month

Or roughly 1850 session per day. To achieve that level of traffic is not easy.

But this is the average, in reality if you are achieving 1850 session a day 70 to 80% of the traffic bounces. That means the to achieve 3 Page views per session average, 450 of the 1850 session need to be viewing most of the pages. 5567 PVs per day - 1400 (for the bounces) = 4167. Take 4167 PVs / 450 session (not bounced) = 9.26 pages per session.

To reach that kind of engagement is no easy task. That still results in only $1000 of revenue. Deduct server fees, content creation, marketing what is left at the end of the month?

You 10k per month that is everything 10X.

Also, 10 pages per sessions means that you need to have the way more than 10 pages of content available to read, thousands of pages.

Assume 3 ads per page page view:
500,000 / 3

I would count RPM per page, and not per ad slots So let's stick with 500.000 pages :)

And not to be discouraging, here, we talk about real human visitors., most traffic is from bots, and from the real human visitors, count 30% with ad blockers or similar add on preventing ads to be displayed.

The $2 RPM is of course a rough average., if your photography blog is for professional photographers, ads might be higher paying (professional material, AND with the hypothesis that these professionals are not going to ecom sites directly for their material...), than if your blog is for amateur photographers, and again less if you are just blogging about photos you are taking .

That would probably be due to the problem that millions of others have discovered: Blogging for AdSense income usually can't pay for the blogger's time. It cannot support a real business structure of employees and salaries for most blogs. AdSense for bloggers has not been highly successful as a way to earn lots of money for a while now. Most good blogs don't earn enough to support a family today, much less a business.

Now, IF you have an existing blog that IS very highly successful already, then you could possibly have the data you would need to try to write a business plan. Without actual figures to show, it is not likely to generate interest. Maybe from friends and family. After you have established visitor stats and AdSense income to show, you could show investors how your amazing new topic is so great that you need funding to expand it - and they could have interest. It would be a mistake to use made up financial figures for your business plan.

Red flag! If you can not give (reasonable) assumptions that you can back up with stats or comparables from similar companies, no one is going to take your business plan seriously. You'll be wasting your time (and the time of everyone you give the plan to).

If you don't even know what business sector you're in, how can you explain it to others?

No! The purpose of your business plan is to show WHY your business will be successful and HOW you are going to make it successful. Unless you can do that, the plan is worthless. The initial assumption by many people who will be reading your plan (bankers, investors) is that your business will fail. So you have to convince them otherwise.

I think you are missing the purpose of a business plan. It is not just to create a work of fiction to give to a bank/investor to try to get money- it's a road map for how you're going to develop your business. It shows the bank/investor that you have actually thought about your business, researched your competition, and have a clear plan as to how you're going to develop/grow it and make money.

In some cases, the process of writing the business plan helps you figure out that your idea is not going to work. It may sound good in theory, but once you factor in the work (or customers or inventory) needed to achieve positive cash flow (and eventually profitability), you may realize it's not possible/realistic. So you step back and re-think your business model until you come up with something that WILL make money.

Yes, a few people DO make money by putting advertising on a blog. Most people do not. So you have to explain why you will be very different from the vast majority of people who do not. What will you do differently? How will your customer acquisition be better than everyone else's? Why will droves of people come to your photography blog instead of the thousands of other photography blogs already out there and getting traffic?

Sorry to be so brutal, but based on what I've read so far, you need to take a very hard look at what you want to do and realistically figure out how (if) it can ever make money. I am saying this as someone who has gone through this process several times and had to change direction before wasting money on ideas/directions that simply weren't practical.

Set up a blog first, add loads of content, put Adsense on the pages and see how it goes.

At that point you will be in a position to inform the readers of your Business Plan of some facts and figures. You cannot possibly produce a convincing Business Plan with no existing facts and figures. You are simply using uneducated guesswork and no one will believe you.

Based on my experience in this business, your proposed area of blogging and your post, failure is almost guaranteed.
